Hello, I’m Peter Hyde, the owner of Seaview Garden Services. Being faced with redundancy after 23 years working at Lindsey Oil Refinery, I decided to follow my true passion and turn my lifelong love of gardening into my career.
I’m a qualified horticulturist, with a BTEC National Diploma. I have a deep understanding of plants, landscapes, and outdoor design. Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for being reliable and hardworking. I’m truly committed to creating and maintaining beautiful gardens that people can enjoy all year round.
At Seaview Garden Services, I offer everything from regular garden maintenance and lawn care to planting, landscaping, and commercial grounds contracts. Hello, I’m Jayne Hyde, and I’m proud to work alongside my husband Peter at Seaview Garden Services.
My main career is as a dance teacher, where I’ve spent many years helping children learn, grow in confidence, and express themselves creatively. I’ve always loved working with people and being part of something that makes a positive difference.
In my free time, I enjoy helping Peter with gardening and outdoor projects. I assist with a variety of simple gardening and maintenance tasks, and I love contributing to the friendly, personal service that Seaview Garden Services is known for.
Having a female gardening assistant can help many clients feel more comfortable and at ease when arranging visits or discussing their gardening needs. I’m here to lend a hand, bring a friendly face, and ensure every customer feels completely relaxed and well looked after.
